Great points! We have a saying here; “It’s not what we do in our sales process, but what the customer does in their buying process, that really matters”. Before we feel we are moving forward in a sale, our client relationship building activities start with understanding the client’s buying process.
And image this, we start with a very fundamental idea; “What is involved in getting funds released for a budgeted expenditure”?
Thanks
