John Caddell

Touche, Jill!

Your readers may be interested to know that in addition to featuring your bloopers, I have also subjected myself to the treatment, telling twelve of my own mistake stories. And it doesn't hurt that much!

I'd also say that while one effect of visiting the Mistake Bank is to lighten the mood a little, listening to others' mistakes can also be very instructive--much more useful in complex areas like sales than best practices are.

I'd encourage everyone to come visit, and share their own stories! [Salespeople should practice their storytelling whenever they can.]

Regards, John
