Regarding your last question -- Is it worth it? -- YES! In my experience, these types of profiles are most beneficial when you overlay an analysis of the buying decision -- how a decision is to be made.

The more you understand how the decision will be made, by whom, and who and what influences the decision...the better you can position your story and be heard. People are at the heart of that homework.
